Christine Turner is a Partner at Boundary Stone Partners, based out of the San Francisco Bay office. She has nearly two decades of strategic experience crafting innovative legal and policy solutions to domestic and global challenges involving critical U.S. economic and national security interests. She has helped businesses compete globally, build strategic partnerships, grow their markets, and navigate global policy and regulatory challenges. 

Prior to joining BSP, Turner led policy development at WhatsApp where she oversaw engagement with governments globally on issues including tech policy, law enforcement cooperation, digital payments, privacy, and economic growth initiatives.

Turner previously served at the National Security Council at the White House as the Director for National Trade Policy and as Director of Supply Chain Security covering trade and global supply chain issues. At the White House, she helped craft policy solutions on international trade agreements, combating human trafficking in supply chains, and trade facilitation. Turner served as Assistant U.S. Trade Representative for Public Engagement at the Office of the United States Trade Representative, where she was responsible for stakeholder engagement and collaborating with hundreds of companies to advise the President and Cabinet Members on the formulation and implementation of trade policies.

Turner also held roles in the U.S. Departments of Commerce and Agriculture helping U.S. businesses increase exports, expand into new markets, navigate regulatory and trade challenges.

Earlier in her career, she practiced securities and commercial litigation at a law firm in New York. She holds a J.D. from the University of Illinois, a Master’s in International Affairs from Columbia University, and a B.A. from Tulane University.
