Lily Greene is a Vice President in Boundary Stone Partners’ Los Angeles, CA office, where she helps climate tech clients navigate the vast and ever changing federal regulatory landscape.

Prior to joining the BSP Team in 2021, Lily worked at Anderson and Kreiger, LLP where she specialized in civil litigation, environmental law and wide-scale infrastructure permitting. While at Anderson & Kreiger, Lily led environmental due diligence efforts for a transportation transaction valued at over $500 million. Prior to working in Boston, Lily worked at the Sonoma County Counsel’s Office in California where she helped to author the County’s Climate Change Emergency Declaration in 2019, and assisted policy makers with resilience and adaptation programs for wildfire and drought management.

Lily holds a B.A. in International Relations from Brown University’s Watson Institute and a JD from Georgetown University Law Center. While in DC, Lily worked at the Natural Resources Defense Council, advocating for proper emission accounting from federal public lands. She also worked at the Department of Justice, Environment and Natural Resources Division, and the Environmental Protection Agency’s Cross-Cutting Issues of Law Office. Before beginning her legal career, Lily co-founded America’s first benefit corporation craft brewery, where every batch of beer was an investment in a community water project.
