While at LPO, he was responsible for the origination, execution, and closing of senior secured debt transactions for utility-scale clean energy projects that employed innovative, first-of-a-kind technologies in solar and wind generation, biofuels, and nuclear power. Swaroop also served on the LPO intake team, where he conducted feasibility assessments with cross-functional DOE teams for projects seeking Title 17 and ATVM financing.
